DISSEMINATION

The project will be monitored constantly as follows:

-Initial survey - created online (ecologically and economically efficient) for all participants (Ss, Ts, parents). For participants without access to online version (e.g. fewer opportunities or lack of computer knowledge), a printed survey will be provided, to ensure participation of all the people who are directly interested in being part of the project (especially Ss and parents).

Purpose of survey: find out what each participant's interest&motivation to be part of this project is, what the expectations are before, during and after the project. Answers provided will be compared to results of another survey at the end of the project --> to what extent the initial expectations were fulfilled.

-The yearly reports will follow the SWOT analysis, in order to objectively assess the implementation.

FINAL PRODUCTS AT THE END OF THE PROJECT:

1. Romania - calendar with photos during the project, a 6-language dictionary including basic words from the languages of the partner schools, as well as vocabulary related to the theme of the project.

2. Bulgaria - a mascot competition; postcards with riddles and proverbs on the theme of the project.

3. Greece - An e-magazine after each mobility with the activities (text+photos), One extra-curriculum lesson plan + video lesson in the form of workshop for each country for one of the selected topics. Each country produces its own multimedia material (photos+video) with the workshops, lessons and other activities according to their curriculum.

4. Portugal - An exhibition in each country using recyclable materials and including the logo of the project

5. Cyprus - Posters from the work that is being done in our school during the trainings and also posters and reports for each training. Ss that are going to be part of our team are going to do research for themes related to climate change like air pollution, renewable energy sources.

6. Italy - Brochure of the activities and mobilities at the end of first year; final e-book

Other indicators include:

-number of visitors of school website: approx. 300 per school

-number of people given the calendars: 100 per school

-number of people reading the online news about the mobilities: approx. 150 per school

Dissemination and Project results

- The results of the activities and of the project on the whole will be posted on the project Facebook page, on the project website, on each school's websites, on the eTwinning project page and via the participants' social media accounts.

- The teachers, apart from sharing what they have learnt with their own classes, will share the experience gained to other colleagues of similar subjects from other schools through meetings, workshops and teacher development opportunities. Each partner school will ensure it takes part in at least 4 such events throughout the duration of the project (at least one per semester).

- Also, each member of the partnership will contact two schools that will become partner schools and where the core ideas and activities of the project will be shared and implemented, especially schools where there are students with fewer opportunities or on the verge of early school leaving, e.g. schools from rural areas or where there are minorities. Just like the members of the initial partnership, these partner schools will involve their learners in order to demonstrate that such environmental activities need not be done only by students with very good school results, but by everyone who is willing and interested in the welfare of the planet and, consequently, their own.

- With respect to parents, since they are proud of their children's accomplishments, they will help with disseminating the results of the activities done, especially using social media, as the audience of their online profiles are not just school related, but also relatives, friends, work colleagues, acquaintances, etc. some of them living in other cities or even other countries. This will help spread the word about the activities done in this project on a local, national and, possibly, international level.

- The mass-media will be involved in the dissemination process as well. The schools will publish articles in the local media about the activities done at schools, both during the mobilities and outside them.

- Also, students are encouraged to express their own thoughts in various forms (poems, essays, drawings, etc.) which will be published in the school magazines, where available.

- To extend involvement in such actions beyond school walls, local NGOs dealing with civic and environmental issues can be contacted to involve the learners in volunteer work.

.

- All the materials produced in the project (presentations, videos, sketches, images, etc.) will be available for sharing with all those interested in taking a stand and improving the quality of the environment, one action at a time
