Tasks and coooperation

There is a good rapport between the current project partners, as they communicate constantly on a Messenger group. Other tools used include: Google Drive (where they divide their responsibilities and make decisions regarding the project), email and videoconferencing. These tools will be employed in order to keep in touch with the partners regarding various aspects of the project (organizing meetings, reminding project tasks regularly, discussing feedback for mobilities and local activities and ways to improve the following ones, etc.).

Regarding task distribution, a document was posted in a folder on Google Drive where all the partners had access and they could specify which section of the project they wanted to be in charge of, as follows:

1. Romania (coord) - monitoring the progress of the project, managing risks and possible conflicts, keeping in constant touch with contact people from partner schools (who will coordinate the activity within their own institutions). The project coordinator will keep in touch with the partners via the group on Messenger, Google Drive, email and Skype. These tools encourage all the partners to express their ideas and opinions, thus sharing their experience from previous projects with the current partners and their groups of teachers and students, not just those that participate in the mobilities, but everyone in the school.

2. Bulgaria - A questionnaire "Who is who" at the beginning and end of the project - helping participants to meet; our School TV follow up of the events of the project - dissemination during and after the project.

3. Greece - An initial questionnaire to help us for the selection of the students, Google form evaluation for each mobility (students evaluate the activities and the program of each meeting).

4. Portugal - A training course about eTwinning - how to use it properly and what to do to be an eTwinning labeled school - using the eTwinning platform efficiently.

5. Cyprus - Logo competition with rules, results and extended report for all the procedure; a questionnaire to be done in all schools about the situation before the project and after the project about their thoughts in environment actions for reducing climate change; project webpage - creating a website for the project, that will be one of the places to upload project content, used later in dissemination during and after the project.

6. Italy - The book of lesson plans: a subject for each country - dissemination.

This distribution of tasks does not mean that everyone is responsible only for the tasks established here. Rather it means that everyone will support each other, coming up with ideas and suggestions in order to achieve the best possible project outcome.
